Version 2026-10-01 · Effective 1 October 2026. Sehat Mentor is operated by DHAMMX Technology Private Limited, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (www.dhammx.com) — the “Data Fiduciary”. You are the “Data Principal”. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Data we collect
- Account: name, mobile number, optional email.
- Health & lifestyle: age, gender, height, weight, health conditions, dietary preference, goals, and the meals, water, sleep, activity and weight you log.
- Coaching messages, and (if you enable reminders) a push-notification subscription and basic device info.
2. How we use it
To run your account; build your personalised diet plan, calorie target and lifestyle score; let your coach guide you; estimate nutrition from meals you describe; send reminders you opt into; and process payments if you buy a plan. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party ads.
3. Consent is our legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, which you can withdraw anytime from Account → Privacy. Health data needs a separate explicit consent (below).
4. Your health data
Health conditions, weight, meals and related logs are sensitive. We ask separate, explicit consent, use them only for your coaching, and share them only with your assigned coach and the processors in section 5.
5. Who we share data with
- Your assigned Sehat Mentor coach.
- AWS (hosting, Mumbai–India region).
- Razorpay (payments; we don't store card details).
- Anthropic (Claude) — estimates nutrition from meal text and drafts coach replies that a human reviews.
- Your browser's push service for reminders you opt into.
These act as our processors and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
6. Retention & security
We keep data while your account is active and a reasonable period after, then erase/anonymise it (except records the law requires). Data is encrypted in transit and stored on access-controlled infrastructure in India.
7. Your rights
Access a summary of your data; correct or erase it; raise a grievance; and nominate someone to act for you. Exercise these from Account → Privacy or via our Grievance Officer.
8. Children
For a child (under 18), a parent/guardian must create and manage the account and consents on the child's behalf. We don't knowingly process a child's data without verifiable parental consent, or use it for tracking/targeted ads.

10. Not medical advice
Sehat Mentor provides general diet and lifestyle coaching for wellness. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Consult a doctor before medical decisions and for any emergency. You agree to give accurate information and use the service lawfully.
11. Changes
If we materially change this policy we raise the version and ask you to accept the new version at next sign-in.
